Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing any product, course, content or service offered through Flipstuck.

Last Updated: 9 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Flipstuck and your purchase or use of digital products, online courses and related services offered by us. By accessing our website, creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on or purchasing from Flipstuck, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use our products or services.

2. About Flipstuck

Flipstuck is a digital platform through which users may purchase and access digital products, educational materials, recorded courses, downloadable resources and other online content.

The exact features, content, duration, format and access terms applicable to a particular product will generally be described on the relevant product or course page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility

By making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction.

If you are under the age at which you may independently enter into contracts under applicable law, your purchase or use of Flipstuck must be authorised or supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Information

Certain products may require you to create or use an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering or purchasing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must inform us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

5. Product Information

We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions of the digital products and courses offered through Flipstuck.

Product images, previews, screenshots, illustrations and promotional material may be provided for presentation or demonstration purposes.

Minor differences in presentation, interface, lesson order, design or supporting material may occur as products are updated or improved.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that transaction unless an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

Prices may change at any time for future purchases. A price change will not normally affect a purchase that has already been successfully completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

A purchase will normally be considered successful only after we receive confirmation that the applicable payment has been completed.

7. Coupons, Offers and Discounts

Flipstuck may occasionally offer coupons, promotional prices, special discounts or limited-time offers.

Such offers may:

  • Be available only for a limited period.
  • Apply only to selected products.
  • Be limited to eligible users.
  • Be subject to additional conditions.
  • Be withdrawn or changed for future purchases.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Digital Delivery and Access

Products sold by Flipstuck are primarily digital products. Delivery may therefore take place electronically rather than through physical shipment.

Depending on the product, access may be provided through:

  • A Flipstuck user account.
  • A course dashboard.
  • Email.
  • A digital download.
  • Another electronic delivery method.

Users are responsible for providing a valid email address and other information necessary to receive access.

If payment has been successfully completed but access has not been received within a reasonable period, please contact us using the contact details provided below.

9. Lifetime Access

Where a product is specifically advertised as including "Lifetime Access", this generally means access for the operational lifetime of that particular product or service on Flipstuck, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Lifetime access does not mean that Flipstuck is required to operate indefinitely or maintain a particular technology, application, feature or platform forever.

We may migrate, replace, restructure or discontinue technology used to deliver a product where reasonably necessary.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products generally consist of digital content that may become immediately accessible after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once access has been provided or the digital product has been delivered.

Digital Product Policy: Except where required by applicable law, Flipstuck does not provide refunds merely because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or accessing a digital product.

However, you should contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • Payment was successful but the purchased product was not delivered or made accessible.
  • You received a materially different digital product from what you purchased.
  • Applicable law otherwise entitles you to a remedy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Personal Use Licence

Unless we expressly state otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased material for your own lawful personal use.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course videos, lessons, graphics, designs, text, PDFs, documents, downloadable files, educational materials, branding and other original content made available through Flipstuck are owned by or licensed to Flipstuck or the applicable content owner.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial parts of our content.
  • Resell our courses or digital products.
  • Redistribute purchased files.
  • Upload course materials to file-sharing platforms.
  • Record and redistribute course videos.
  • Share account access with unauthorised users.
  • Repackage our materials as your own product or course.
  • Use our copyrighted material for commercial redistribution.

13. Account Sharing

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, a course or product purchase is intended for use by the individual customer who purchased it.

Sharing login credentials, purchased files or course access with multiple unauthorised users may result in suspension or restriction of access.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Flipstuck for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Circumventing access controls or security measures.
  • Distributing malware or malicious software.
  • Fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse.
  • Copying or reselling protected course content.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the website.
  • Using automated methods to unlawfully download, scrape or reproduce protected content.

15. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or digital product where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • A serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Unauthorised redistribution of our content.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Unauthorised account sharing.
  • A security risk to Flipstuck or other users.
  • Illegal or abusive use of our services.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may first attempt to resolve the issue with the customer.

16. Educational Purpose

Courses and digital products offered by Flipstuck are generally intended for educational and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a Flipstuck course does not represent a government licence, professional qualification, university degree or regulatory certification.

17. Results Disclaimer

Individual results from educational products, courses, techniques, strategies or information may vary.

Your results may depend on factors including your effort, practice, experience, implementation, circumstances, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

Unless specifically guaranteed in writing as part of a particular offer, Flipstuck does not guarantee that purchasing or completing a course will produce any particular financial, employment, business, academic or personal result.

18. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep Flipstuck and purchased digital content reasonably accessible.

However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance.
  • Software updates.
  • Server or hosting issues.
  • Payment provider problems.
  • Internet outages.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Temporary interruption of access does not necessarily mean that a product has been permanently discontinued.

19. Third-Party Services

Flipstuck may rely on independent third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, video delivery or other technical services.

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by independent third-party services that are outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flipstuck products and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful, accessible and accurate digital content, we do not guarantee that every product or service will be completely uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user's individual objectives.

Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flipstuck will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from the use or inability to use our digital products or services.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions attempts to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

22. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable equipment, software and internet connectivity required to access digital products.

You are also responsible for following instructions safely and exercising appropriate judgement when applying information learned from a course.

23. Privacy and Personal Information

When you use Flipstuck or make a purchase, we may process information including your name, email address, phone number, transaction details and technical information necessary to operate our services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.

24. Force Majeure

Flipstuck will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, infrastructure failures, major cyber incidents, strikes, war, civil disturbance or similar events.

25. Changes to Products and Courses

We may periodically update a course or digital product to improve its content, presentation, technology or learning experience.

This may include adding, removing, replacing or reorganising lessons and supporting materials, provided that such changes do not unfairly deprive existing customers of the essential product they purchased.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, technology or legal requirements.

The updated Terms & Conditions will become effective when published or from any later effective date specified by us, subject to applicable law.

Material changes will not be applied retrospectively in a manner that unlawfully removes rights you already acquired through a completed purchase.

27. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be dealt with by a court, tribunal, consumer commission or other authority having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any jurisdictional or statutory right available under applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific terms clearly presented to you during the purchase of a particular product, constitute the agreement governing your purchase and use of Flipstuck products and services.
